You need to create a ticket in OTYS to get your API Key

Login in to your company's OTYS instance.

Navigate to the top right corner of the dashboard page, and click on the "cog" icon:

Click on the "Support" option in the "Configure your board" section:

You should be able to see the support widget in your dashboard:

Click on the "plus" icon to create a ticket, and you should be able to request your API key:

1. Login in to your company's OTYS instance.
2. Navigate to the top right corner of the dashboard page, and click on the "cog" icon:

3. Click on the "Support" option in the "Configure your board" section:

4. You should be able to see the support widget in your dashboard:

5. Click on the "plus" icon to create a ticket, and you should be able to request your API key:

After you have received your API key, input it in the connection flow, then click "Set up integration":
