By writing out important goals and milestones, adding a deadline to each step, and providing an overview of the skills achievable, your users will get an overview of their development plan.

How do you get started with creating a development plan?

Follow the steps below to create a development plan for your users.

Step 1 - In the admin dashboard, navigate to the learning tab and choose Plans.

Step 2 - On the top right side of the page, press Create and choose Development Plans.

Step 3 - Add a Background picture and a title

Step 4 - Start adding your milestones by choosing 'Create Milestone' and decide on a deadline, description and add any files if wanted

Step 6 - Publish the Development plan and assign it to users through a sharing 🎉
