RECRU

Prerequisites

Please carefully read the following to make sure you fulfill all the requirements to set up the integration:

• Your account belongs to the "Superadmin" user group in your company's RECRU Instance.
  1. Log in to RECRU.
  2. Navigate to the sidebar on the left side of the screen, and click on the "cog" icon:

  3. If you can not see the content of the "Settings" Page, and you have been alerted that you do not "have the right to access this resource", it means that your account not belongs to the "Superadmin" user group.
  ​

  • Find out who is in the "Superadmin" access group in your company's RECRU instance, and ask them to promote you to the group or take over the setup process.

Instructions

Find out your RECRU subdomain

1. Login into RECRU.

2. You can find your subdomain inside of the URL. The URL is structured as "<subdomain>.recru.eu". Copy what is shown before "recru.eu" in the URL:

3. Paste your subdomain into the connection flow, and click on "Continue":

Retrieve API credentials

1. Log into RECRU.

2. Navigate to the sidebar on the left side of the screen, and click on the "cog" icon:

3. Click on the "Advanced" tab on the top of the menu in the "Settings" page:
   ​

   

4. Locate the "API documentation" option in the menu, and click on it:
   ​

   

5. You can find your API credentials under the "Your API credentials" section of the "API DOCUMENTATION" settings page:
