You can adjust the look of the platform in Platform design. By setting up one or more design, you can make sure your users are always met by the branding connected to their company branch (Department)
Creating Platform designs
In Platform settings, head over to Appearance to find Platform design.
Upload logos
You can upload four logos, that will be used in different parts of the platform:
Full logo - Shown in the Admin menu when expanded and in system emails.
Icon logo - Shown in the Admin menu when collapsed and as the browser tab icon.
Learner Home icon - Shown as the Home icon in the Learner menu.
Log in logo - Shown on the login page above the sign-in options.
💡 Image ratio recommendations
Icon logo & Learner Home logo - 1:1
Full log - 1:4
Log in logo - 1:3 or 1:1
If no image or background colour is set, the login input fields will automatically centre, similar to the mobile layout where the left side of the login page is not displayed. If no login logo is uploaded, the platform name will be shown instead.
Add your colors
Add your colors using HEX or RGB color codes. You can add up to 5 colors. Here's how they are used:
3 of the colors can be used as primary, secondary and accent color in the platforms design.
All 5 colors will be shown as quick selection colors in the Content Creator
💭 Good to know
The quick selection is based on the current Platform design associated with the user’s department. And of course, content creators can always enter their own hex colors. The idea is that you shouldn’t need to have a hex code on hand.
