Welcome to your users' Dashboard!

This is your users' Home page where they will navigate and find their assigned learning journey, learning content, events, and more. As a Super Admin, you define and set up the structure of the User Dashboard ensuring it matches the purpose of your platform.

Manage the User dashboard

As a Super Admin you can customize the dashboard layout by finding the User dashboard in Platform settings.

Use the up and down arrow on each section to change the order. If you don't need any of the sections, simply click the x to remove it. Once your happy with it, remember to save for the changes to take place.

πŸ’ Good to know

Changes will be applied to everyone in your platform.

Dashboard options

Let's break down the primary options that you can include in your User dashboard:

Your next learning

Highlights the module or learning path with the shortest deadline if the deadline is 14 days or less.

When all deadlines are 14 days or more, the content with the shortest one will not necessarily be the one highlighted.

If no learning content with a deadline exists, it will show the most recently unlocked learning path or module, just like the 'Assigned To You' feature.

Assigned to you

Shows all the content the user have been assigned to.

Content with a deadline under 14 days will be shown first. If no content with a deadline is available, the content they have unlocked latest will be shown.

My journeys

Shows assigned Journeys that have their full journey shared will appear here from start to finish

Highly beneficial to showcase a full onboarding Journey or upskilling program.

Explore

Show users optional content from Explore.

Plans

All the Plans that have been assigned to the user.

Bookmarked

Shows content that the user themselves have bookmarked.

Events for you

Events the users are invited to or signed up to.

Recently played

This section lets the user see all their recently played modules and learning paths.

This widget is a permanent feature and cannot be edited or removed.
