Once you have created your journey and learning path, you are ready to start filling them in with modules and/or events, depending on what suits your message the best. This is done by building the modules and events under your content library.

Modules

  • Lesson
This can be used if you only need to share information and do not expect users to interact with it.

  • Quiz
Use this when you both want users to gain information and engage with the content (e.g., via multiple-choice, written-answer, etc.). This type includes the same options as a lesson; however, it also offers many additional options for interactive slides.

  • Survey
With a survey, users will complete the module, but without their name showing on their submission. This one also comes with different types of interactions, such as range and rating.

  • On-the-Job Training (OJT)
With this type, your user completes the training in collaboration with a manager to test the skillset that can only be done on the floor. Read more here.

Quick tip💡 Once you choose a module type, it cannot be changed. This means that if you start with a lesson and which to switch to a quiz, you need to start over in a new quiz module.

Events

Clicking the create button takes you directly to where you can create an event from scratch. From here, you can add a cover image, sessions, etc. View this article to learn how to build your events.
