The first thing you see is that you can add tags to the module. This is only something meant for the admins to organise their content, and the users will never see what is tagged with what. To get tips on how to use them, you can click here.

To inform users how long time they can expect it to take to complete a module, you can set an Estimated Completion Time measured in minutes. This helps be transparent and gives users information on how they should prioritise their time. When a user logs into the module, they will see it on the introduction slide.

Enabled long-scrolling layout has a great impact on the user experience while completing a module. By default, they have to click the arrows on the screen to move to the next slide, but with long scrolling enabled, it allows them to swipe through the modules to get to the next element. This is particularly great if the majority of your users complete learning on handheld devices.

Hand in hand with the long-scrolling function, the Immersive Readeris also a great tool for users on the go who might need to get an eyes-free experience, as this function allows them to get the text read out loud.

Last but not least, we have On-the-Job Training (OJT), which is a module the user and a manager complete together at the workplace. As it changes how modules are completed, we have made an entire article about it here. It contains both how to use OJT and best practices.
