What is the Resource Hub?
The Resource Hub is a dedicated space in Learningbank for platform owners and administrators.
It’s designed to make it easier to run Learningbank in real life by giving admins a shared place to:
Access admin training anytime
Onboard new administrators faster
Build platform skills over time as new content is added
The Resource Hub includes an updated admin training that explains both:
What Learningbank is today (Workforce Enablement Platform)
Why the platform is structured the way it is
Where do I find it?
You can access the Resource Hub in two ways:
1) Directly inside your Learningbank platform
Go to your admin view and click:
Resource Hub (menu item)
2) Via the web or Learningbank App
The hub is also available at hub.learningbank.io
and App stores - Search Learningbank and code: RHUB
Who gets access?
Platform Owners
Platform owners automatically get access.
Other Admins
Additional admins can get access once the Resource Hub permission is enabled.
How to give access to other admins
The hub is designed for Platform Owners and operational admins with wide-platform responsibility. To invite more admins:
Go to Permission Types
Enable the permission for Resource Hub
Save changes
Once enabled:
New admins will automatically receive an activation email
On their next login, they’ll see the Resource Hub menu item in their admin view
