PDF to Learning

You might have hidden learning gems in static formats like PDFs that could be brought to life in another way. If this is the case for you, then you should keep reading🧠

To make it easier for you to reuse and repurpose the learning content you already have, we have made it possible for you to simply add the PDF to the module maker. This will give you a complete module with text slides and interactions to engage users. Once you have the module, you are free to make customisations in it like you usually would in modules you have built from scratch.

Benefits of adding content to a module:

  • Engage users with interactions
  • Track completion rates, scores, etc.
  • Great use experience, both accessible on phone and desktop
  • Utilise other great AI features to improve user experience, like our Immersive reader

How to use it?

Once enabled on your platform, you can access it in two different ways.

1. Go to the module overview and add a new module. From here, you can click 'Generate from PDF' and then drag or browse to add the PDF into the module maker.

Or

2. Same as before - go to the module overview and add a new module. Click '+ Add content' and then 'PDF to Learning'. This will also start the process.

Both options are showcased in the video below🎬

Now, you are ready to edit the content to make it look exactly how you want it. Click here for tips on creating visually engaging modules.

Quick tip💡
The platform does not save the PDF anywhere, it just grabs the information and puts it into slides.
