There are several platform-related details that can be updated after your platform has gone live, such as your domain, platform name, or sender/reply-to email.
Some of these changes require assistance from our Support team and come with a few things to be aware of. This article explains what can be changed, how to request each update, and what to expect before the change takes place.
Domain (URL)
Want to change the URL your users use to access the platform?
Simply reach out to our Support team with:
whether it should be a custom domain or a learningbankapp.com subdomain
the new domain you'd like to use

💭 Good to know Changing your domain should be scheduled in advance with our Support team. Please note that all links using the old domain will no longer work. The platform will be unavailable for a short period while the update is being carried out.
To minimise disruption, we recommend scheduling the change in advance and informing your users about the planned update.
Platform name
If you'd' like to update the platform name, it's just as easy. Contact Support and let us know:
the new platform name
whether you're only changing the platform name or updating the domain or any other platform details at the same time
We'll advise you on any additional steps if needed.
Sender and reply-to email
You can also update the sender and reply-to email addresses used for platform communications.
Reach out to Support and let us know whether you'd like to update the sender email, the reply-to email, or both. In your message, include the email address(es) you'd like to use.
