Keep managers one step ahead with Manager checklists that turn important employee moments into clear, actionable tasks. Add checklists to journeys like onboarding to trigger them automatically, or create reusable templates for managers to use whenever needed.
Manager checklists for smoother employee journeys
With tasks, progress, and notifications collected in the platform, managers can see what needs to happen next without relying on memory, scattered emails, or paper lists. This creates clearer ownership and better visibility throughout the employee journey, coordinating operational preparation and follow-up alongside learning.
Administrators and HQ teams create checklists, add them to employee journeys, and make reusable templates available to managers.
Managers use the checklists in My team to coordinate equipment, access, coaching, follow-up, and other tasks for their teams.
Managers and employees across teams work more consistently, reduce coordination effort, and help employees get ready for their roles sooner.
Manager Checklists are a part of Empower: Stay on track. Miss fewer steps. Enable people faster.

Manager point of view: starting a checklist as a manager
When a checklist is triggered from an employee's journey, the responsible manager receives a notification and can open it from My Team.
To start one on demand:
Open the manager checklist overview in My Team.
Start a new checklist.
Choose an available template or start a blank checklist.
Assign it to one or more team members, or create it as a personal checklist for yourself.
Good to know
Managers can save a useful set of custom tasks as a personal template for reuse.
Managers receive a notification when a new checklist is activated.
Updates to a template do not change the outcomes of a checklist that is already completed. Completed checklists stay completed if new tasks are later added to the original template.
Access depends on the manager's permissions and the employees they are authorised to manage.
