This training explains the role of managers on the platform, why their role is crucial, and how they can leverage platform analytics.

This training is ideal for managers who want deeper insights beyond the "My Team" feature and get some insights to Learners Insights, Content Insights and other analytics features.
4. Introduction to My Team
Teach your managers how to use the "My Team" feature effectively!
This module is great for involving managers and increasing completion rates as it explains thoroughly how they can get the best overview of their employees. We believe that the feature is very intuitive and straightforward, but sometimes, it is necessary to introduce it to the managers so they know the feature is meant for them to utilise it.
You can combine this with "Introduction to Managers" for a more comprehensive onboarding experience, though "My Team" alone is often sufficient.
5. Welcome to the Academy
Created specifically for employees, this training highlights the value of the platform and explains how it benefits your team. It’s a simple, easy-to-share template that makes onboarding seamless.
6. Empowering Skills & Competencies
Aimed at managers, this training introduces skills and how they can be utilized within your organisation. It covers the importance of skills, the role of managers in supporting them, and how to edit skills for users.
7. Your Preboarding
This learning path is a template used for preboarding for specifically deskless employees. In the training, we go through the history of the company, culture and communication and prepare the users for their first day. Inside the learning path you adjust it to fit your organizations voice and needs.
All of these trainings are templates, with some needing more adjustments than others with the purpose of helping you along the way. You can easily customise the content to fit your organization’s voice and needs by changing the text and adding or removing slides or even modules.
