Within our Branding feature, you create the Platform design of the platform by adding your Company logo and colours. By setting up one or more designs you ensure your users are always met by the branding connected to their Company branch(department).

  1. Hover over Organisation and then choose Branding.

  2. In Platform design click on the '+' to create a design for the platform.

  3. Add logos as a file directly from your computer by browsing or dragging.

  4. Add your colours as Hex colours or RGB codes.

  5. Add your Colour Scheme by selecting the Primary, Secondary, Accent Colour and Menu appearance.

  6. Add a picture to your log-in screen if relevant.

  7. Review your choices.

You pick which one of your brandings you would like to be the default one. This way, there is always a branding that suits your company style in a newly made department. If you'd like to change the branding later, you can always do so under departments.

Image ratio recommendations

  • Square 1:1: shown in the browser tab and in the top left of the side menu.

  • Rectangle 1:4: shown in platform emails

  • Logo 1:3 / 1:1: shown on login page above login options)

If no image or background colour is set, the login input fields will automatically centre, similar to the mobile layout where the left side of the login page is not displayed to suit the Mobile perspective. If no login logo is uploaded, the platform name will be shown instead.

Quick tip💡 You can create different brandings and use it for different departments. See how in this article: "Departments: Set up your organisational structure."

You can add 5 colours to your branding. Here's how they are used:

3 of the colours can be used for the platform’s design.

All five colours are used in the content creator as quick selections while building.

The quick selection is based on the current branding associated with the user’s department, and of course, content creators can always enter their own hex colours in the input field. The idea is that you shouldn’t need to have a hex code on hand.
