You probably landed on this page because you are soon ready to launch GDPR learning in your organisation. Congratulations!

Before you share the learning path with your users, there are a few things to consider.
Let us take a look at it.

Which modules does the learning path exist of?

  1. Introducing GPDR ✏️ (This module can be left out and needs to be edited)

  2. The GDPR Game (The GDPR learning game)

  3. Procedure for Security breach ✏️ (This module needs to be edited)

  4. What is phishing (This module is a brush-up module and can be left out)

  5. The Meeting Room (This module is a brush-up module and can be left out)

  6. Sorting Personal Data (This module is a brush-up module and can be left out)

  7. How to clean your desk (This module is a brush-up module and can be left out)

  8. The GDPR QUIZ (This module is a brush-up module and can be left out)

What should you consider?

When setting up your GDPR learning path, there are a few things to consider:

  1. Do you want to use brush-up modules in between your e.g. yearly GDPR training?

    1. If no, choose option 1

    2. If yes, choose option 2

  2. Do you want to have a deadline for the modules?

    1. If yes, set a deadline for the modules in your learning path

    2. If no, no actions are needed

  3. Should the users repeat the training, e.g. yearly?

    1. If yes, set the modules to recur in your learning path.

  4. Finally, you must edit the modules marked with a pencil above.
    You edit them by:

    1. Go to the learning path and make sure it is in "EDIT"-mode

    2. Click on the module you want to edit

    3. Fill out the text in the modules marked with red.

    4. Remember to edit all the language versions you are going to use.

    5. Publish the module

How do we recommend you set up the learning path?

Option 1)
Click on the "X" to remove the modules you do not want to be a part of your learning path.

  1. The GDPR Game (Recurring every 1 year

  2. Procedure for Security breach (Recurring every 1 year)

Option 2)

  1. Introducing GPDR

  2. The GDPR Game(Recurring every 1 year)

  3. Procedure for Security breach (Recurring every 1 year)
    (Delay 3 months)

  4. What is fishing (Recurring every 1 year)

  5. The meeting Room (Recurring every 1 year)

  6. Sorting Personal Data (Recurring every 1 year)

  7. How to clean your desk (Recurring every 1 year)

  8. The GDPR QUIZ (Recurring every 1 year)

Of course, you can choose for yourself how often you want the modules to repeat. Also, consider adding a deadline to the modules, e.g. 30 days. If you are in doubt about how to set deadlines for your modules, look here.

Good luck!
