Some users in your organisation might have different language preferences, and to meet their needs, you can easily build one module with various language options.
You can do this both manually, with an excel file, or with the Auto Translater. Click the link to read more on the type that you prefer.
Quick tip💡 The helper text always shows in the language that their platform is in, regardless of the language version they chose.
What they all have in common is that you need to have one standard version and then click the plus to add the other language you need. If you go back to the module you created, you can see that the greyed-out text is the template from the standard version that you now need to fill in.
Troubleshooting🧠 It is recommended that you wait til after you have created the entire module in the standard version to translate it so you do not risk overwriting any changes.
❗️If you accidentally created the content in the incorrect language version, do not delete the version, as this will permanently delete the content from your platform, and you will not be able to get it back.
Instead, you can change the language version directly in the settings. Only once you have switched it around successfully can you remove the language version you no longer need.
