New plan available
When a user has a new plan available, they receive a notification right when the new plan is unlocked.
Send notification about upcoming deadlines
Whenever there is an upcoming deadline on a task, activity or milestone, the user will receive an email informing them that they need to take action before x days.
Send a notification when a deadline has expired
When a deadline for a task, activity, or milestone exceeds, the system will send out a notification informing them that they did not complete their task as expected.
Send a notification if deadline expires today
As a friendly reminder, you can choose that the users will get a notification on the day that the task, activity or milestone expires, so they can get it completed before the deadline runs out.
Development plan updated
If you make changes to an already shared plan, you can make sure that the users are aware that they should check the plan to see this change by enabling this communication type.
