How to send notifications via Relesys.

To set up the Relesys integration on your Learningbank platform, it is first required to have a Client ID and a Client Secret.

Once you have these, you can start setting up your Relesys integration on your platform.

Good to know💭 When talking to Relesys on what API you need, you should ask them for relesys.api.notifications and also inform them you need a channel named Learningbank


How to set it up

Head on over to your platform and open the Integration Hub.

From here, click on the Relesys integration, and it will open a pop-up box.

Here you can insert the Client ID and the Client Secret you have gotten from Relesys. Once inserted, you can click save to create your integration.

When working as intended, you will see the integration as being active in the Integration Hub.


Communication

After activating the integration, it can be used inside the Communication tab.

From here, you will notice that the different communication options will now also feature a “Chat Integration”. Enable these to notify users directly via Relesys.

Wrong credentials

If the following error message appears, it means that either or both Client ID and/or Client Secret are incorrect. Make sure that you have copied the information correctly.
