This category is somewhat smaller than the ones about learning and events and contains settings that do not fit into the other categories. Both settings in this one are enabled by default without the possibility of disabling them.
Ask a question
When a user uses the help feature and asks a question to their admin, you will receive an email saying that their request has been sent.
For a user to ask a question they ned to go to the 'Help' tab from the user view by clicking their initial/profile picture.
Multi-factor authentication code
When multi-factor authentication is enabled in the security settings, your users will get the authentication code on login. This is relevant for you, if you use the 'Security' feature.
