Tracking Events with Insights

Event Insights are available inside both Track - Users and Track - Content.
This gives you a complete overview of how your users are engaging with in-person and blended learning activities — directly from the places you already know.

Event data inside Track - Users

In Track users, you can track a user’s participation in events alongside their digital learning activities.

You can filter by Events to see:

  • User name

  • Number of events attended

  • Number of sessions attended

  • Total time spent across all sessions

  • Status (invited, awaiting approval, waiting list, declined)

  • Showed Up (e.g., 5/10 sessions attended)

This makes it easy to follow how each user is engaging with your in-person learning initiatives.

Event data inside Track - Content

In Track content, you’ll find a new Events tab that gives you a detailed overview of event activity.

You can view the data from two perspectives:

  • Events (overview across all events)

  • Sessions (details about each session)

In the Events view, you can track:

  • Event title

  • Total sessions per event

  • Total users invited

  • Total time spent

  • Participation rate (%)

In the Sessions view, you can track:

  • Session date

  • Users invited

  • Time spent per session

  • Status breakdown (going, declined, awaiting approval, etc.)

  • Participation rate (%)

  • Available seats (unchecked by default, you can enable it from the cogwheel)

  • You can filter by Learning paths (one or multiple)

Summarized Overview

You’ll also get high-level summaries inside both track areas:

In Track - Content:

  • Total events and sessions

  • Total users going

  • Average participation rate (%)

  • Total time spent across events and sessions

In Track - Users:

  • Total events per user

  • Total sessions per user

  • Total time spent per user on events
